Hey TV addicts,

Late post, I know. I’ve been having a great punctual streak, though, right? It’s that time of the week where I discuss the TV characters that made the most of their screen time. As always, you are welcome to share yours. Let’s go!

SPOILER ALERT: Click HERE for the list of shows I watch before you spoil your TV appetite.

Hero of the Week: Dr. Beth Mayer (Bones)

Betty White had one of the best comebacks in life! She taught us all that age is no longer a number with her numerous guest appearances in TV shows, movies and awards shows. Not to mention ABC giving her a TV show to host. My goodness, Betty White is living the life we all want when we reach 80. So, of course, when she was to play one of the most experienced veteran in forensics anthropology, I was not surprised.

Dr. Beth Mayer even outsmarted Bones! That doesn’t happen often. And if Brennan hadn’t given her some distraction, we all know she would have been the next Angela Landsbury and Bones would have been transformed into Murder, She Wrote. Bow down to the beautifully talented Ms. Betty White.

Villains of the Week: The Wolves (The Walking Dead)

The Walking Dead is known for creating the most mind-blowing obstacles for Team Rick. But the Wolves, I’ll have to say, are the most villainous. Not only did they create the craziest distraction in life with that Zombie Army but they also went savage on Alexandria. Team Rick cannot be at two places at once and the Wolves knew that. It was a hell of an ambush and I grudgingly admit it.

Underdog of the Week: Olivia Pope (Scandal)

The chips were so against her. A defeat would have been understandable. But Olivia held her own in that interview. It was a fantastic reactiion to the public prosecution she and Fitz faced. She apologized to those she hurt because of the affair and she admitted to hating loving Fitz.

A completely understandable feeling. You can’t choose the one you love. For all the faults Fitz has, she loves him and she can’t deny it to herself or to anyone. People got hurt. Tough. But true love is something you can’t stop no matter how much you try. Damn it. Because if love was logic, Jake would be my first choice for her. Anyway, cookie crumbles.

Creep of the Week: Craig Smith (Bones)

We get it. Fantasy Football is addictive. But when a fellow teamplayer is screwing your wife and you forgive him when he trades you a quaterback, you know you have gone off the damn edge. I mean, yes, women are merely human beings with female bits but Craig, sir, she was your goddamn wife. Show some respect! Ugh.

Village Idiot: John Diggle (Arrow)

I have always loved John and I got that he was angry with Ollie for kidnapping his wife and child without his knowledge but dude, let it go. I’m glad Felicity got through to the both of them because Diggle’s pettiness was cramping Team Arrow’s style. On a man like Diggle, pettiness doesn’t look cute. As Ollie wisely said, the man wasn’t giving him a chance to redeem himself.

Badass of the Week: Carol Peletier (The Walking Dead)

Carol OWNED those Wolves like she’d been doing it all her life! Thinking quickly to infiltrate them and leaving no prisoners, warrior!Carol has always been my favourite version. Once she popped that casserole in the oven and saw the first attack, Carol was ready to kick ass. Morgan got it spot on about her skills. Carol has honed her abilities into a killing machine. I loved it! Queen Carol, we love you.
